About Us
Rebecca Salvitti started this business in February 2021, after working two decades in the bar + service industry. It began as a company geared toward helping clients become more organized, and turned into a full-blown residential cleaning company. Close to years after launching, we are proud to say that we have over 75 routine clients!
Due to our rotating schedule, we are only able to accept routine clients on a weekly, or biweekly basis. We quote clients on how long it would take to do a routine cleaning, which we outline specifically for you. Since it is a timed cleaning, the amount of time + cost stays the same every appointment.
After the routine cleaning, we spend the few minutes left over on deep cleaning + organizational items. All of our pictures are routine clients + never pay more for bonus items. At Operation Organization, our clients become our family. You will always have the same two awesome cleaning specialists every appointment.
Rebecca Salvitti
Owner/ Operator
Rebecca Salvitti started this business in February 2021 after working two decades in the bar + service industry. She is originally from the Northeast, but has lived in Greensboro for twenty five years!
Her two children, Kolt (7) + Tyson (6), are her world and subsequently consume all of her ‘free time’. Helping alleviate some stress from her client's lives is what brings the most joy to her heart + ultimately what keeps the fire burning.
Sam O'Connor
Sam was originally born in Boston, although in a caravan of gypsies is the most common belief! She has lived all over the world + has experienced life to the fullest. From fire dancing at the circus in San Francisco to working on boats in Alaska.
She settled in Greensboro to spend time with her family and rescued the love of her life- a sweet senior pit bull mix named Shila.
Jessica Scales
Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her 3 year old son, exploring and making memories. She is a North Carolina native who enjoys a brisk hike in the mountains.
Although she loves her job here at Operation Organization, she's also an experienced Dog Trainer by trade.
Brooke Hunt
Brooke is from the small town of Maiden, NC. She cheered her whole life and then moved on to coaching cheer. She recently moved back from California to North Carolina with her husband Evan . She is a proud mom of 6 kids and a Yorkie named Rocco. She loves time at the beach with family!
Melissa Gales
Melissa is a boy mom and her world revolves around making sure they are as happy as they can be. In her spare time she enjoys going kayaking with her husband and children. She is an animal lover and enjoys taking her dogs on long walks through trails.
She loves being outdoors and being with her friends. Anywhere around water or the beach are her favorite places to be!
Honey Lackey
Honey is kind, fun loving, and adventurous. Her favorite things about life are being a mother and helping others. A true southern- belle raised in the south of North Carolina, she absolutely loves animals and kids, hence the 6 kids, 3 cats and 3 dogs she currently owns.
No matter the time or situation if you need her she’ll always make herself available to help in anyway possible.
When she’s not taking care of others or trying to save the world through her recovery she enjoys reading, drawing, music and bubble baths
Robyn Gerstenmaier
Robyn is originally from New Jersey and moved to North Carolina six years ago. She is a proud mom of two daughters, ages 14 and 4, and also has two dogs and three cats. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, spending time outdoors, and keeping life organized. Robyn brings that same care and energy into helping others create clean, welcoming spaces.
