About Us
Rebecca Salvitti started this business in February 2021, after working two decades in the bar + service industry. It began as a company geared toward helping clients become more organized, and turned into a full-blown residential cleaning company. Close to years after launching, we are proud to say that we have over 75 routine clients!
Due to our rotating schedule, we are only able to accept routine clients on a weekly, or biweekly basis. We quote clients on how long it would take to do a routine cleaning, which we outline specifically for you. Since it is a timed cleaning, the amount of time + cost stays the same every appointment.
After the routine cleaning, we spend the few minutes left over on deep cleaning + organizational items. All of our pictures are routine clients + never pay more for bonus items. At Operation Organization, our clients become our family. You will always have the same two awesome cleaning specialists every appointment.
Meet the Team
Rebecca Salvitti
Owner/Operator
Rebecca Salvitti started this business in February 2021 after working two decades in the bar + service industry. She is originally from the Northeast, but has lived in Greensboro for twenty five years! Her two children, Kolt (5) + Tyson (4), are her world and subsequently consume all of her ‘free time’. Helping alleviate some stress from her client's lives is what brings the most joy to her heart + ultimately what keeps the fire burning.
Autumn Burkart
Autumn is a North Carolina native, who resides in Jamestown. She loves anything outdoors, and is always up for an adventure. She has two boys, ages 10 and 17 who excel in basketball. Her favorite color is green, and her freezer is always stocked with ice cream!
Jessica Scales
Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors with her 3 year old son, exploring and making memories. She is a North Carolina native who enjoys a brisk hike in the mountains.
Although she loves her job here at Operation Organization, she's also an experienced Dog Trainer by trade.
Claire Wilhelm
At a mere 23 years old, Claire has a passion for teaching, and goal to become a kindergarten teacher! She is currently in her senior year at UNCG obtaining her elementary education degree. She is the youngest of four, and has never been a stranger to hard work.
She loves to craft on her days off, and creating trinkets, or vases, with clay is her specialty.

Marloe Rodriguez
Marloe was born and raised in Washington D.C., but has called Greensboro home for the better part of her adult life. She loves the outdoors, and spends most of her free time in nature either hiking local trails, or spending time on the water. She also has a knack for finding shark teeth. She is incredibly detailed oriented and says that baseboards are her favorite extra.
Victoria Singleton
Victoria is a young 26 year old mom of her baby daughter and shitzu named Beau. She was born and raised in beautiful NC and loves to venture out all over her home state to find new and fun things to do.
She is currently attending school to become a paralegal, because true crime is her passion!

Robyn is originally from New Jersey and moved to North Carolina six years ago. She is a proud mom of two daughters, ages 14 and 4, and also has two dogs and three cats. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, spending time outdoors, and keeping life organized. Robyn brings that same care and energy into helping others create clean, welcoming spaces.
